  • 2 Teaspoons Light Soy Sauce
  • 175g Vermicelli, Broken Into Small Pieces

Direction for Oriental Noodle Soup

  1. Bring The Stock To The Boil With The Lemon Grass And Soy Sauce.
  2. Add The Vermicelli And Simmer For 6 Minutes Or Until The Noodles Are Just Tender.
  3. Serve Hot.
